If a CorePulse product isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days for a full refund. Free return shipping in the US — flat $15 elsewhere.
How to return
- Open the live chat (bottom right) and click "Request refund", or visit the Track Order page.
- We email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
- Drop the package at any UPS / DHL location.
- Refund processed to your original payment within 3 business days of receipt.
Conditions
- Product must be in working condition (scratches and signs of use are fine).
- Include all in-box accessories (cables, manuals, case).
- Custom-configured products are non-returnable.
