Every CorePulse product is covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects, anywhere in the world. We pay shipping in both directions.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Battery capacity falling below 70% of original within 3 years.
- Failed drivers, switches, sensors, or buttons under normal use.
- Hinge, frame, or chassis failures under normal use.
What's not covered
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, fading) — these are character.
- Damage from drops or liquid beyond the product's IP rating.
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties.
How to file a claim
Open the live chat (bottom right) with your order ID or serial number. We'll diagnose, send a prepaid label, and either repair or replace.
