The fine print for using corepulse.com and purchasing CorePulse products. We've kept it as plain as we can.
1. Using the site
You must be 18+ or have parental consent to purchase. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the site or services.
2. Orders & pricing
Prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders priced in error. Sales tax is added where applicable.
3. Shipping risk
Title passes to you on delivery. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it at no cost — file the claim within 30 days.
4. Intellectual property
All site content, product designs, and trademarks are owned by CorePulse Industries. Don't copy them.
5. Limitation of liability
CorePulse's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Some jurisdictions don't allow this — your statutory rights are unaffected.
